Surprised by how easy it was to watch Venus move between the Earth and the Sun.  This photo was taken on my cellphone, using a pair of binoculars to project the Sun's image onto a sheet of paper.  The weakest links in this process were probably my cellphone's camera and my unsteady hands.   The image actually looked much better on the paper.
